The first invitation involved the screening of the film The Code of the Forest at the ACLI Club in San Costanzo, an open-air bar behind the Concordia Theater. We invited the community to watch the documentary directed by Alessandro Bernard and Paolo Ceretto.
Through the visionary experiments of physicist Alessandro Chiolerio and ecologist Monica Gagliano—who listen to a forest—about thirty people gathered in front of the screen were able to participate in a dialogue between science and nature.
“The matrix of the forest is readable!” states Monica Gagliano towards the end of the film. Subsequently, there is also talk of questioning a place to explore its possibilities.
For the project, this invitation represented the beginning of listening: to the place, to the people, to the first impressions.
